Our size is deliberate. Clients deal directly with experienced people who know their projects, can make decisions, and aren't afraid to get into the detail when that's what the job needs.
We work as part of our clients' teams, bringing the extra capability and experience needed to get projects moving and see them through.

Experienced project managers who can take ownership of capital projects from definition and business case through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.

Practical engineering support to develop scopes, evaluate options, coordinate disciplines and turn the chosen solution into something that can actually be built.

Additional technical capability when it's needed, including process, mechanical, electrical and automation engineering, machine safety and functional safety.
Where we work
At home in operating industrial plants.
Most of our work is brownfield. New equipment has to fit around old equipment. Production can't simply stop because there's a project happening. Shutdown windows are short, space is usually tighter than anyone would like, and surprises come with the territory.
That's the environment our team is used to working in.
We have experience across dairy, food processing, manufacturing, utilities and industrial infrastructure, delivering everything from relatively small plant modifications through to major multidisciplinary capital projects.

Before jumping to a solution, we take the time to understand what you're trying to achieve and what we're working with.
That means considering the things that matter in the real world — existing plant, production requirements, budget, programme, safety, shutdown opportunities and the people who will eventually have to operate and maintain it.
